The role

 

The Payment and Finance Analyst will  ensure accuracy and efficiency in the recording of payments made at banks in LATAM (Chile, Mexico, and Peru). The role provides comprehensive support to the team in all activities related to payments, as well as assisting in tasks related to the company's internal systems.

 

What you can expect from the opportunity
 

  • Review the sales conciliations of the bus operators in the different countries to ensure the correct transfer.
  • Management of payments to bus operators, suppliers, and users for Chile, Mexico, and Peru in banks and payment platforms (Transbank, Fintoc, PayU and PayPal).
  • Review bus operators' commissions and issue mandatory tax documents in Chile, Mexico, and Peru.
  • Solve the different requests from bus operators, agencies, employees, and contractors.
  • Apply discounts for B2B services and B2C cases to bus operators.
  • Provide resolution to fraud cases opened by customers in the different payment methods.
  • Review and confirm the commissions of the different payment methods in Chile, Mexico, and Peru. 
  • Before payment, review the company's expenses and those of different teams.
  • Manage payments of remunerations and contractors' fees.
  • Send information to suppliers for commercial management.
  • Support the internal management of the systems together with the manager of the area.
 

How you can impress us

 
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Finance, Operations, or a similar role 
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Knowledge of the different payment methods used in the market 
  • Experience using Google Suite (i.e. Sheets and Google Docs)
  • Experience in a start-up environment, or B2B-B2C market
  • Experience with an ERP system (NetSuite or similar is a plus)
  • Strong organization and time management skills 
  • Strong ability to multitask and work independently
